I am so sick and tired of hearing about this noise maker! His hip jerking, quirks, yells, and general noise making make those who like good music sick at their stomach! I have never listened to even ONE of his noise makers and never will. The man was a mental case, physically sick (his own fault) and should be put in the bin of has beens! With all the other things that are important in the world, and truly worth being concerned about, we have to be subjected by a barrage of "junk" about this dude!

I just have a question regarding the will - I was reading the will and I noticed that two of the signatures that witnessed the will are the same as two of the co-Executors - I thought that if you have any interest in the estate that you could not witness a will. I could be wrong - perhaps the executors have no interest in the estate and are named solely to execute the deceased's wishes, make an accounting of the estate, pay any debts owed by the estate, and then distribute the funds to the heirs or to the trust of the estate - but what if the trustees happen to be those same two executors? I'm very interested to see who the trustees of the family trust are (although we may never learn that since I am not sure that the trust would have to be filed with the probate courts....) Anyone have an answer?
