New Immigration Bill Is Introduced in House

Full Story at NYTimes.com

The bill, introduced by Representative Luis V. Gutierrez, Democrat of Illinois, was seen as the opening volley in what Democrats and Republicans expect to be a hard-fought battle. President Obama has pledged to take up the issue early next year; efforts to overhaul the laws during George W. Bush’s presidency failed despite the backing of Mr. Bush and some Republicans.

What is wrong with this country. They are going to give the illegal persons amnesty to stay in this country.why. With all the unemployment, we can not make a living. Why don’t they think of the United State of America first. Everyone else get what they want and we get nothing. We help everyone else in the world but our self. The people broke the law,and we are going to help them. If we did something wrong in another country we would be put in jail and could not get out. Think of the American people first.
