Adam Bevelacqua graduated from Brooklyn Law School last year with $100,000 in debt but high hopes for his future.

He passed the bar on his first try in New York and had internships to highlight on his resume. And, according to his research, the school’s job placement rate for new graduates was between 90 to 95 percent.

But Bevelacqua, 29, is no longer as optimistic.

“I’ve been looking for work ever since,” Bevelacqua told msnbc.com. “The jobs aren’t really there.”

On Wednesday, Bevelacqua joined 50 other law school graduates from across the country who sued their alma maters, alleging they were misled about job prospects and burdened with huge amounts of student debt.

Prices has went up at least three times when mim. wage raised. Why can,t they raise the thirteen thousand to at least fifthteen thousand it could help a lot of people with one child and no one at all. But how do you get the government to listen. Its like talking to a brick wall. The get raises, and they are making a lot of money all ready. I know we all can’t have what we want, but some one should listen. This is only one thing that bothers me.

Ford is hoping history can repeat itself with the upcoming launch of the next-generation Fusion four-door.

It’s been more than a quarter century since the maker revolutionized automotive design with the original Taurus sedan. Its windswept styling helped Ford dominate the huge midsize market segment, and led most competitors to migrate to more aerodynamic designs. The new Fusion, which makes its debut at the Detroit Auto Show next month, will borrow many of the visual cues of the recent Ford Evos concept car and, if early reviews are any indication, could help the maker topple the imports that have dominated the midsize segment over the last two decades.

Time is running out for Congress to renew extended unemployment benefits for millions of American workers out of a job. If the latest GOP proposal is enacted, time will also run out a lot sooner for the checks workers collect for extended jobless insurance benefits.

Workers in states with the worst job markets would be hit hardest under the GOP plan, which would shorten the maximum length of time a worker can collect benefits. In California, where the unemployment rate stands at 11.7 percent, the current 99-week maximum would be cut by 40 weeks. Workers in other hard-hit states, including Michigan, Illinois and Florida, would also see their extended benefits run out 40 weeks sooner than the current program, according to an analysis by the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.

the uptick in abuse, earlier research has tied parental stress to child
In his 1994 book “Mouse Tales,” former Disney employee David Koenig tells the story of a tourist group that requested a little extra time on the ride so they could hold a quick memorial for a 7-year-old boy.
